Please Note: This event is only for families who have had a child on the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at University Hospital Southampton.
Friends of PICU and Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl would like to invite families, who have had a child on PICU, to apply for tickets to a very special Family Christmas Party on Monday 22nd December 2025 from 12 noon until 3.00 pm full of festive fun, Christmas magic, food and entertainment.
This Christmas Party is for parents/carers who have had a child on PICU, children who have been on PICU and their siblings, and PICU staff. This is a complimentary event, with a limited number of tickets available. You may submit an application for tickets by clicking on the link below and provide all the required information. Please note that preference will be given to those families that have not attended the event in previous years.
Due to the volume of requests we receive for this event, your request can only be submitted via the link below and completing the form. We will not be accepting any requests for tickets by any other form i.e by telephone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger.
Deadline for form submission: 4pm on Sunday 16th November 2025. No applications will be considered after this date and time.
Please note that completion and submission of the form does not guarantee tickets. If you are successful in securing tickets, you will receive an email by the end of November, and tickets will be posted out at least 2 weeks prior to the event. If you do not hear from us by the end of November, unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion.
Whilst we would like nothing more than for everyone to be able to attend, with approximately 1,000 children admitted to PICU each year, unfortunately it is not possible and we thank you for your understanding.
