Friends of PICU and Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl would like to invite families who have had a child on PICU to a very special Christmas Party, on Monday 23rd December 2024 from 12 noon until 3.00 pm. This Christmas Party is open to parents/carers who have had a child on PICU, children who have been on PICU and their siblings, and PICU staff.
Join us for a very special afternoon of Christmas fun, food and entertainment. This is a complimentary event, with a limited number of tickets available, issued on a first come first served basis.
Tickets can be booked on Saturday 26th October 2024, between 10.00 am – 12 noon only and then from Monday 28th October between the hours of 9.30 am – 4.30 pm. Tickets can only be booked by telephoning 07393 438148. Please note tickets cannot be booked by email, Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger.
The following information will be required at time of booking:
- Parent/Carer Names (maximum of 2 adults)
- Children Name/s and Ages (siblings only)
- Month and year child on PICU
- Dietary requirements
- Address (this will be used for posting of tickets only)
- Email address (this will be used to confirm your tickets only)
- Telephone Number
- Confirmation that you are happy for photographs/video footage to be taken during event by Friends of PICU and/or Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl for the purposes of social media, website and Press.
You will receive an email with confirmation of your booking and tickets will be sent out in the post at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
