Friends of PICU would like to thank housebuilder Persimmon Homes, and their Community Champion Scheme for their wonderful and generous donation of £1,000 for the purchase of 3 iPads for PICU.
On behalf of Persimmon Homes, Matt Paine, Managing Director, said: “We were very impressed by the work done by Friends of PICU, as it can make such a difference to young people who need intensive care.
“We are very happy to make this donation as part of our Community Champions scheme, and we send our very best wishes to all the young people in hospital, along with the wonderful staff who look after them and, of course, this vital charity.”
The donation from the Persimmon Community Champions Scheme for the purchase of 3 iPads for PICU will make such a difference to the children, their families and our colleagues alike and we are extremely grateful for their generous and kind support.
