Please join us in sending the biggest of congratulations to Nick, Tony and Guy who all crossed the finish line at the TCS London Marathon on Sunday! It was such an incredible day filled with lots of excitement and emotion. The crowds were tremendous and we were delighted to be there to share in the experience with them. We saw and cheered each of our runners on at the iconic Tower Bridge and battled our way through the crowds to get to the finish line!
Nick, Tony and Guy all had their personal reasons for running for Friends of PICU, and we are so very grateful to each of them for all their incredible fundraising. They have all worked tirelessly for so many months with their training, and we are so very proud that they represented Friends of PICU at such an iconic event.
Collectively they have raised, to date, almost £30,000! This money is going to make such a difference to the PICU Unit, the children and their families both now and in the future. We send out heartfelt thanks to you Nick, Tony and Guy.
