We’d like to send enormous thanks to The Fat Pig Golf Society (FPGS), and all its members, who have donated £375 to Friends of PICU following their recent Annual Charity Golf Day. The Charity was selected by the winning team as one of their chosen charities to donate the proceeds of the day too, and we’re extremely grateful for their support.
Barry of FPGS shared with us “The FPGS annually raises money for charity whilst having fun in the golf course, but with those less fortunate than ourselves forefront in our minds. Rather than select a charity/charities to donate to, we let the winning golfers decide where the money raised is allocated. It therefore gives the individuals an opportunity to say thank you in a small way to a charity that they have been touched by in recent months. This is the second time in just a few short years that Friends of PICU has been nominated. Please continue your fantastic work”.
